ATTENDEES:  Susan Henize, Veronica Weaver, Melissa Novick, Christy Balmos, Judy Gingrich, Barb Clark, Teresa Westendorf, Debbie Funk, Liz Hanke, Debbie Cunningham, Kimberly Sears, Angie McGraw, Jennifer Hickey, Dawn Craft, Jay Sutter, Joye DeBonis, Denise Nicholas

Jay Sutter called meeting to order at 6:30pm at WES

Approval of minutes from prior meeting. Motion to accept by Judy Gingrich. 2^nd by Melissa Novick;

Read Treasurer’s report. Motion to accept by Judy Gingrich. 2^nd by Melissa Novick;

Discussions & Decisions:

Approval for tax preparation and organization of paperwork for filing;

Snow cone party is Friday May 1^st  at recess.

Memorial Day parade is May 22^nd. Jen Hickey offered use of her convertible for the parade. PTO accepted.

Walk-a-thon footprints will be put on the walls May 8^th.

Nomination letters for 2009-10 PTO board will go out in Friday Folders April 17^th.

Board approved $50 for grade levels 3,4,5 for OAT auction.

Election Day is May 5^th. Please vote YES for the levy renewal.

Good News Willowville

First grade is walking a mile in Flying Pig Marathon May 3^rd.
