Registration for Grades K – 5 for the 2008-2009 school year.

 

Please call the school office of Willowville Elementary to make an appointment for the 2008-2009 school year.

 

You will need to bring the following with you.

1. Child’s Original Birth Certificate – we will make a copy
2. Proof of Residency (deed, mortgage bill, tax bill) – we will make a copy
3. Parent Photo ID – we will make a copy
4. If you don’t have the following with you, you can still register and bring the missing items before your child starts school. 

 

What to expect at registration:

1. Call the office before you come and make an appointment – 943-6800. 
2. You will complete some paperwork for the office – 10-15 minutes.
3. We will go over some future dates with you – 5 minutes.
4. Your child does not need to be present for registration.
